- 45 minutes of Circuit/HIIT Training like never before!
- With our unique style of training, you are going to be able to build lean muscles as you burn fat!
- Combining the right style of weight & metabolic training we are going to be getting your heart rate just high enough so your body goes into a “metabolic state” where it starts to burn calories for energy as you perform compound and isolation exercises you’ll build lean muscle at the exact same time! It’s a win-win!
- We keep class sizes down to only 6 people! We do this so so you can still get that 1 on 1 attention you might need in order to master form with any exercise!
- It doesn’t matter if you are a beginner or expert, we are going to push you past your limits but, don’t worry we go at your pace and will always make adjustments and modifications to any exercises if needed!
- Your first class will be the one to remember and after you purchase your 1st class the 2nd class is on us! (aka FREE)
