    • 8 Classes Per Day
    • 12-16 per class
    • 8 classes per day
    • Combining the right style of weight & metabolic training we are going to be getting your heart rate just high enough so your body goes into a “metabolic state” where it starts to burn calories for energy as you perform compound and isolation exercises you’ll build lean muscle at the exact same time! It’s a win-win.
    • It doesn’t matter if you are a beginner or expert, we are going to push you past your limits but, don’t worry we go at your pace and will always make adjustments and modifications to any exercises if needed!
